We have
a cornish rock chicken that is produced strictley for meat pourpose. this bird has a very large breast meat as well as large
legs, and a nice yellow skin that is perfect for broiler or can be cut into sections for frying. each bird is managed to a
weight that will produce a dressed size of about 3.0 to 3.5 lbs each. our customers tell us that is the perfect size for the
average family dinner. we raise these birds to the same standards as everything else on the ranch with no groth
implants or addatives of any kind.
